Day 1

Nairobi to the Wilderness

Depart Nairobi in the morning and begin your journey through Kenya's spectacular countryside toward the Great Rift Valley.

Stop briefly at the escarpment viewpoint for panoramic views before continuing through rolling landscapes, agricultural areas, and traditional Maasai communities.

Arrive at Zebra Plains Mara Camp around lunchtime and enjoy lunch before taking a short rest.

In the afternoon, begin your first game drive across the reserve, searching for elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and other wildlife as the savannah changes beneath the afternoon light.

Return to camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Full-Day Wildlife Adventure

After an early breakfast, depart with packed picnic lunches for a full-day game drive.

Spend the day exploring different habitats, including open grasslands, acacia-dotted plains, riverine areas, and the Mara River ecosystem, giving you extensive opportunities to search for wildlife.

The reserve supports an impressive range of species, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species.

During the Great Migration season, the Mara River can become the stage for dramatic wildebeest and zebra crossings. An optional Maasai village visit can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Enjoy your picnic lunch within the reserve before continuing with afternoon game viewing. Return to Zebra Plains Mara Camp for dinner and your second overnight stay.

Day 3

Return to Nairobi & Onward Flight

Enjoy breakfast at the camp before checking out and beginning your return journey to Nairobi.

Travel through the scenic countryside and Great Rift Valley, with opportunities to appreciate the changing landscapes and rural communities along the route.

If time allows, make an optional stop at a local curio shop to browse handcrafted souvenirs before continuing to Nairobi.

Upon arrival, proceed to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your scheduled flight to Entebbe International Airport, Uganda, continuing the next stage of your East African adventure.
