Protecting East Africa's Natural Environment
East Africa’s forests, savannahs, wetlands and mountains are the foundation of our tourism industry. We encourage responsible visitor behaviour and support tourism practices that respect wildlife and natural habitats.
Supporting Local Communities
We aim to create opportunities for travellers to support local schools, women’s groups, craft makers, and other community initiatives, helping tourism bring real benefits to the people who call these places home.
Respecting East Africa's Culture
East Africa is not just wildlife. It is people, traditions, languages, food and stories. We encourage meaningful cultural experiences that are respectful, authentic and beneficial to local communities.
