Travel west to Nyungwe Forest National Park, home to ancient rainforests, playful chimpanzees, and the famous canopy walkway suspended high above the forest floor. Enjoy guided chimpanzee tracking and scenic hikes surrounded by incredible biodiversity.

Continue to Lake Kivu, a tranquil freshwater lake framed by rolling hills and palm-lined shores. Here, unwind with boat cruises, cultural encounters, and stunning sunset views along Rwanda’s scenic western corridor.

The journey then takes you north to Volcanoes National Park, the crown jewel of Rwanda’s wildlife experiences. Trek through bamboo forests to encounter the critically endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat—one of the most profound wildlife encounters on Earth. Optional golden monkey tracking and cultural village visits add depth to this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Finally, explore Akagera National Park, Rwanda’s only savannah park and a remarkable conservation success story. Enjoy game drives and a boat safari on Lake Ihema, where you’ll search for the Big Five, giraffes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of birdlife.
